Individual Counselling
Your therapist will help you navigate challenging cognitions (deep-rooted negative beliefs and automatic thoughts), emotional pains, and behavioural concerns. This is often referred to as a person's "learned patterns." Sometime what we were exposed to for years (example in childhood) leaves an imprint in the brain known as a schema that was adaptive (helpful) at one point but has become maladaptive (unhelpful) at a later point in life. Working through our schemas and patterns are important for learning about which part of us is authentic vs what parts of us are inauthentic.
Coaching
We follow the Co-Active Coaching Process. A life coach is someone who can help you see where your life is right now while also helping you create a vision of where you want it to go and a plan to get there. Throughout the process, a personal life coach will not only help guide you, but they will provide you with the support you need throughout this journey. What does a life coach do? In short: works with the client to support them toward their goals.
Neurofeedback
Through EEG technology, we can see how your brainwaves "fire and wire." Your brain will learn how to get out of "brainwave ruts" and into its own optimal processes, naturally. This is Neurofeedback. It can be thought of as neuroplasticity in real-time. We also offer Lens Neurofeedback which uses a tiny electromagnetic pulse to lift "suppressions."
Clinical Supervision Consultation
I’m a trauma psychotherapist and doctoral candidate specializing in complex and acute trauma (C-PTSD, PTSD). My work is grounded in neuroscience and integrates Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), NARM®, Somatic Experiencing®, and trauma-informed neurofeedback. I focus on helping individuals heal from early attachment wounds, identity fragmentation, and moral injury. With a blend of psychodynamic understanding and sensorimotor precision, I support clients in moving from survival states into authentic, embodied living. I love teaching and leading groups!
I look forward to meeting you and hopefully connecting with you in one of my supervision groups!
Clinical Supervision Group
#Trauma-Focused Clinical Supervision Group
Designed for Registered Psychotherapists and RP(Q)s in Ontario, this small-group supervision experience blends neuroscience, somatic psychology, and deep clinical insight. Led by Lucie Ritchie, MA, RP — a trauma-focused psychotherapist registered with the CRPO. Each 2-hour session provides a transformative space to refine your trauma-informed skills, build confidence, and navigate complex cases ethically. Topics include parts work, polyvagal theory, working with addictions, identity fragmentation, and an introduction on integrating neurofeedback into your work. You'll receive both practical guidance and deep relational support in a safe, growth-oriented community of fellow emerging therapists.
